60. Alexandre Desplat in Portugal! / Alexandre Desplat em Portugal!

Alexandre Desplat, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon The Score” composer, will be in "Estoril Film Festival '09" in Portugal, from 5th to 24th November.
Desplat is the winner of numerous awards including 2008’s “Film Score of The Year” & “Best Original Score for a Drama Film” by the International Film Critics Association (The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons), winner of the 2007 Golden Globe for Best Original Score (The Painted Veil), and two-time Academy Award Nominee (The Queen & The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons).
Desplat said that “Chris Weitz and New Moon provided me with a rich canvas to create the colors of desire, longing, heartbreak and eternal love.”

Alexandre Desplat, o compositor de “The Twilight Saga: New Moon The Score”, estará presente no "Estoril Film Festival '09" em Portugal, de 5 a 14 de Novembro.
Desplat disse que "Chris Weitz e New Moon colocaram-me ao dispôr material para criar sd cores de desejo, atracção, tristeza despedaçante e amor eterno.".

58. Portuguese version of Edward Cullen... or not / Versão portuguesa do Edward Cullen... ou não

I've discovered one thing (EUREKA! =P): If you stay a week apart from TWILIGHT WORLD you'll loose new trailers, new photos of the set, new gossips about the actors...
I've loose it all. =( But it's not about it, I'm going to speak right now... It's about the PORTUGUESE awful VERSION OF EDWARD CULLEN!
No joking, no Halloween trick (by the way, Happy Halloween! :D)... it's true! There's a serie for teens in Portugal called "Morangos com Açúcar" and in the last season they remembered to mix vampires to the story. Yeah, I understand... the serie has been in crisis and nothing better than a vampire to hit it up. But... maybe the vampire isn't much like Edward... maybe you should see by yourself:

Eu descobri uma coisa (EUREKA! =P): Se estiver longe do MUNDO TWILIGHT por uma semana perco novos trailers, novas fotos das filmagens, novos rumores acerca dos actores...
Perdi tudo isso. =( Mas não é sobre isso que vou falar agora... É sobre a terrível VERSÃO PORTUGUESA DO EDWARD CULLEN!
Não é brincadeira, não é partida de Halloween (já agora, Feliz Halloween! :D)... é verdade! Lembraram-se de misturar vampiros à história da recente temporada da série "Morangos com Açúcar". Pois, eu entendo... a série tem atravessado uma crise e nada melhor para aumentar audiencias do que vampiro. Mas... talvez o vampiro não seja muito como o Edward... talvez devessem ver vocês próprios:

E até se lembraram de colocar a frase "I know what you are!"/"Eu sei o que tu és!"!

I only have to say one more thing: why are they speaking in a cemetery?! Isn't FORKS' FOREST MUCH BETTER THAN THAT?? Team-Forks :)
Now, seriously... I didn't like this copy of Twilight.
Só tenho mais uma coisa para dizer: porque é que eles estão a falar num cemitério? Não é a FLORESTA DE FORKS MUITO MELHOR?? Team-Forks :)
Agora a sério... Eu não gostei desta cópia do Twilight.

40. Robert Pattinson & Kirsten Stewart in «i» / RP&KS no «i»

For who doesn't understand portuguese: «Stop the gossip: Robert Pattinson has a girlfriend. Her name's Kristen Stewart and yes, she's alive.»
«i» is a recent portuguese newspaper which cost 1€ and is availabel from Monday to Saturday (want to now more about it, click here). The ilustration was made by João Maio Pinto and was part of the «Social aos quadradinhos» in yesterday «i» (25August2009 - no. 95).


O «i» é um jornal português recente que custa 1€ e está à venda de Segunda a Sábado (se quiseres saber mais, clica aqui). A ilustração foi feita por João Maio Pinto e faz parte da «Social aos quadradinhos» do «i» de ontem (25Agosto2009 - nº 95).

32. Bella's dress in New Moon and the "loudel" of D. João I

The first image is Bella's dress in New Moon and the second is a "loudel" (sorry, I don't know how to say this in english =X), which belong to D. João I (King of Portugal, from 1385-1433). Maybe you don't believe, but the "loudel" was green... of couse it been years, so it lost the original colour. After winning the Battle of Aljubarrota, D. João I offered the "loudel" to "St. Maria de Oliveira". So, when I saw Bella's dress it remembered D. João I's "loudel" ;)

A primeira imagem é o vestido da Bella em New Moon/Nova Lua e a segunda é o "loudel" (peça de vestuário que se vestia por cima da armadura) que pertenceu a D. João I (Rei de Portugal, de 1385-1433). Talvez não acreditem, mas o loudel era verde... é claro que já passaram muitos anos e ele perdeu a sua cor original. Depois de ganhar a Batalha de Aljubarrota, D. João I ofereceu o loudel a Santa Maria de Oliveira. Eu vi o vestido da Bella e lembrei-me do loudel de D. João I ;)
